BETAMIX aims to carry out all stages of production activities in a healthy and safe working environment. Our company cares and undertakes to fulfill its responsibility for the creation of healthy individuals and workforce. In line with this goal, BETAMIX follows certain strategic policies in the field of occupational safety and health.
Within the scope of ISO 45001 Standard, which is a mandatory standard for occupational safety and health management systems, BETAMIX adopts a proactive approach and aims to detect potential hazards that may result in harm beforehand and to take necessary precautions.
BETAMIX,
Implements all its activities in line with its occupational health and safety policies, prioritizing the health and safety of its employees. For this reason, it agreed that it is essential to adopt the following strategic policies, based on legislation and correct practices regarding occupational health and safety:
- Ensuring that employees work in the most suitable, safe and healthy conditions; providing the necessary equipment and adequate training to the employees,
- Identifying, evaluating and taking measures to reduce OHS risks in order to prevent work accidents and occupational diseases,
- Fully meeting the requirements in the field of occupational safety systems by ensuring ISO 45001 standards and to be constantly open to development and innovation,
- Making sure that all equipment and machinery are taken with security measures, ensuring regular checks and carrying out inspections in this regard,
- Informing all employees about emergency and disaster management and training them especially in the direction of fire prevention and extinguishing measures,
- Providing a healthy, ergonomic and efficient working environment in line with policies and practices aimed at minimizing the risk of exposure of employees and those who visit the factory to any element that includes accidents, injuries and health threats,
- Creating a safe working and living culture and raising awareness among employees and suppliers.
